In August, Oracle was recognized with its inaugural win for the 2021 Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators award.
The award recognizes Oracle for developing a culture that encourages employees of all levels to innovate, explore, discover, and invent. This includes Oracle’s commitment to fostering a workforce where teams can create new products, upgrade processes, and produce new ways of doing business.
Oracle has demonstrated this dedication to uplifting all employees through various kinds of engagement, such as participating in The Valuable 500 movement to actively include disability on the business leadership agenda, signing the Human Rights Campaign statement opposing anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, and collaborating with historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) to diversify the technology industry.
“Oracle continues to cultivate a diverse culture where our employees can bring their full selves into work which inspires creative thinking and increased innovation,” says Traci Wade, senior director of diversity and inclusion at Oracle. “We welcome all leading-edge innovators to join us at Oracle.”
Submissions for this year’s award were evaluated by Fast Company editors and reporters. Finalists were reviewed by a panel of judges, including editors, distinguished business leaders, and acclaimed innovators.
